About the Role

We are looking for a Property Partnership Executive to develop relationships with property owners, builders, brands, startups, and investors. The candidate will coordinate with partners, understand their requirements, onboard properties, and support business development through effective communication and regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with property owners, builders, and potential business partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, brands, startups, and investors.
- Understand property requirements and identify suitable opportunities.
- Onboard residential and commercial properties by collecting property details, photos, pricing, and other necessary information.
- Coordinate with property owners and clients to ensure smooth communication.




- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential partners.
- Arrange property visits and coordinate meetings with clients and property owners.
- Maintain partner details and property records.
- Support business development and work towards successful property transactions.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and client follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of real estate and property transactions is an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate with property owners, builders, and business partners.
- Valuable negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive approach to developing new partnerships.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any degree is acceptable; an MBA is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant real estate knowledge or experience will be preferred.
- A two-wheeler is mandatory for travelling within Bengaluru.
- Kannada-speaking candidates will have an added advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and regular follow-ups.
- Salary will depend on interview performance, relevant real estate knowledge, skills, and experience.
