Position: Property Manager (Technical)

Property Type: Premium Commercial Property

Experience: 6 to 15 years

Commercial Property Management Experience: Mandatory

Primary Requirements (Mandatory):

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in managing premium commercial properties.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in building operations.
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- MBA/PGDM in any specialization is mandatory.
- Experience in leading technical teams, vendors, and facility operations.
- Solid understanding of statutory compliance, safety standards, and resident relationship management.

Role Highlights:

- Lead end-to-end operations and maintenance of a premium commercial property.
- Manage Electrical, HVAC, DG, Fire & Life Safety Systems, STP, WTP, Pumps, Elevators,



and other critical infrastructure.
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure uninterrupted operations and asset reliability.
- Lead engineering, housekeeping, security, and vendor teams while ensuring SLA compliance.
- Handle resident escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Manage facility budgets, cost optimization initiatives, technical audits, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, risk management protocols, and operational requirements.
