Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Property Manager to oversee the overall operations of our hotel in Chamba, Himachal Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, maintaining service standards, managing staff, controlling operational costs, and delivering an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the property.
- Supervise all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Kitchen.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, satisfaction, and complaint resolution.
- Monitor room occupancy, revenue generation, guest feedback, and operational performance.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, discipline, and departmental coordination.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, consumption, and operational expenses.
- Ensure proper maintenance of rooms, public areas, equipment, and hotel facilities.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Reservations teams to maximize bookings and revenue.
- Prepare daily operational reports, occupancy reports, and revenue updates for management.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, hygiene standards, fire safety, and applicable statutory requirements.




- Conduct regular inspections to maintain property cleanliness, service quality, and brand standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, control costs, and enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations or property management.
- Previous experience handling multiple hotel departments independently.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, inventory control, and revenue management.
- Valuable communication, guest-handling, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, hotel PMS, and daily reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage operational challenges effectively.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with prior experience as a Property Manager, Hotel Operations Manager, or Assistant General Manager will be preferred. Experience managing a standalone hotel or resort will be an added advantage.
