About the role and Duties & Responsibilities:

Matrix Entity Supported

- Corporate Services, Bengaluru Office

Financial and Delegated Authorities (inc Budget Authority)

- MoA Authority Level 6

Purpose:

- Be part of a high performing team to collaboratively develop, coordinate, deliver and maintain property & workplace, and ground transportation services at Woodside's Bengaluru office, improving people's effectiveness and the work environment whilst minimizing risk and costs.
- To manage the delivery of property & workplace services and ensure risks are identified, monitored and contractor compliance to Company standards are maintained;
- Develop, monitor and manage the Bengaluru office property and workplace budget
- Manage property & workplace, and ground transportation contracts in accordance with the agreed specifications and contract obligations




- Identify and implement opportunities to support Global Property & Workplace solutions, portfolio wide shared services
- Local report to Business Manager India
- Functional report to Manager Property & Workplace APAC Region
- Direct reports to be confirmed

HSEQ

- Safety leadership inline with Woodside’s Safety Culture.
- Accountable for the management of office HSE plan and risk register, office related HSE incidents and hazards reported in First Priority
- Accountable for effective processes, procedures and plans for building emergencies in support of landlord building emergency plans

LEADERSHIP

- Meet the Woodside leadership expectations commensurate with the role. Refer Leadership & Management Development Framework(LMDF).
- Be an Operational SME and lead for Property & Workplace Services
- Demonstrate alignment to Company and functional goals and objectives
- Demonstrate alignment with technical competencies for role
- Key interface between internal stakeholders and Global Property & Workplace

TECHNICAL & COMMERCIAL

- Plan, implement and maintain operational obligations within your office. Comply with laws, regulations and facility License to Operate
- Accountable for contract management (in accordance with the agreed contracts, specifications, qualifications, licenses, competency, obligations, including permits to work, value for money and statutory requirements)
- Manage the delivery of property & workplace, and ground transportation services in accordance with statutory requirements, Woodside standards, procedures and contract deliverables
- Support the management and delivery of Bengaluru office fit out expansions
- Manage for the delivery of minor projects and other office activities
- Manage the delivery of space utilisation by reviewing business space requirements and allocating space to suit business needs

Skills




- Demonstrated Client-side property & workplace Management experience (minimum of 10+ years experience)
- Experience managing corporate offices for global businesses
- Skilled level in managing commercial and contracting obligations/negotiations
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a strong customer focus
- Tertiary qualification in business, property, facilities management or related field (desirable)

Internal For the Woodside Bengaluru office;

- Accountable for defining standards and appropriate service quality levels for Workplace Facilities Services and ground transportation services
- Accountable for defining standards and appropriate quality levels for Events Management at Bengaluru office
- Responsible for the development and ongoing management of applicable managements plans within your portfolio (incl. HSEQ, Business Continuity)
- Accountable for following procedures and implementing change where applicable
- Manage and be accountable for cyclic reporting, and local key stakeholder relationships
- Develop, monitor and manage the budget
- Identify, monitor and maintain risk, assurance and quality
