Job Summary The Project Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing project activities at the field level. The role involves monitoring project progress, maintaining documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and execution of project activities.
- Coordinate with field teams, trainers, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are implemented as per the project plan.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Support in organizing training programs, workshops, and community meetings.
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines and organizational policies.
- Identify challenges in project implementation and report to the Project Manager.
- Support in data collection,



beneficiary tracking, and project evaluation.

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PPT).
- Report writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with field teams and community stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Management, Development Studies, or any relevant field.
- Internship, fieldwork, NGO volunteering, or project work in social development will be an added advantage.
