Candidate Profile
- We are looking for a Capable Leader for heading our EPC project business through developing an entry strategy, execution capability in the non-Captive projects space. He has to identify the niche segments and projects which are aligned with Gmmco brand values and strengths.
- Experience - At least 5 years in a leadership position of handling medium - large project team having executed medium- large projects.
Major Strategy Direction :
- Develop a strategy for EPC projects business
- Grow profitably the business to 500 crore by 2023 pan India base.
- Develop a team capable of executing this growth strategy
- Leverage the existing Gmmco customer base and relationship to grow the business.
- Client management
- Develop the project capability for installation - on time and within the cost execution.
- Develop quality vendor base options to have aggressive cost base.
