Role Description The Project Manager Scrum Master will lead cross-functional teams to deliver investment platform enhancements and operational improvements in an agile environment. This full-time, in office role is based in Gurugram and involves planning and managing project timelines, coordinating resources, and facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. The role includes removing impediments, ensuring adherence to agile and Scrum best practices, and maintaining clear communication among product, engineering, operations, and leadership stakeholders.

The Project Manager Scrum

Master will track progress, manage risks and dependencies, oversee documentation,



and support continuous improvement in processes and delivery quality. The individual will also collaborate with business teams to align project outcomes with product strategy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Project management skills, including Project Management and Expeditor experience to plan, coordinate, and drive timely delivery of initiatives.
- Expediting and Inspection skills to monitor project milestones, ensure quality standards, and address issues affecting delivery schedules.
- Logistics Management skills to manage resource allocation, dependencies, and operational workflows across teams and locations.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum practices, with experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, information technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP) are an advantage.
- Proven ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and manage competing priorities.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or technology-driven product environments is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with a focus on delivering secure and reliable solutions.
