Title: Project Manager

Experience: 10-15 Years of experience in Real Estate.

Location: Begur, Bengaluru.

:

- Lead the execution of high-rise residential towers from foundation to handover,
- ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and timelines.
- Oversee all construction activities including civil, structural, finishing, MEP
- coordination, and facade works.
- Interpret structural and architectural drawings; ensure proper implementation in office.

Supervise site engineers, supervisors, safety officers, and subcontractors.
- Allocate resources and manage daily work planning and progress tracking.
- Ensure workforce productivity, adherence to work schedules, and proper task delegation.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
