Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage multiple project sites simultaneously, particularly hospitality and high-end interior fit-out projects.
- Plan and oversee the complete project lifecycle, from mobilisation to final handover.
- Prepare project schedules, forecast requirements, and proactively address execution challenges.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, material procurement, quality, safety, budgets, and timelines.
- Oversee project billing, BOQ variations, cost control, and commercial documentation.




- Conduct regular site visits and ensure timely reporting to management.

Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant project management experience.
- Proven experience executing hospitality projects is mandatory.
- Strong technical knowledge of interior fit-out works, site execution, planning, and billing.
- Ability to independently manage multiple sites and anticipate project requirements.
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be Mumbai-based and willing to travel to project sites as required.
