Project Manager - HR IT Systems

Role

- Works with our clients Business and IT Teams closely to manage HR IT implementation project

- Creates and maintains project plan

- Oversees project execution, ensures timelines and deliverables are met

- Identify potential project risks and issues, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.

- Monitor and track project risks and issues, escalating them as necessary

- Maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and status reports.

- Prepare and distribute regular project status updates to stakeholders

Experience

- 5-6 years experience in Pharma/Biotech industry

- 2-3 years of Project Management experience

- Experience in implementing or supporting a HR IT system is important

- Familiar with status reporting, stakeholder management and risk management

- Experience in creating Project Plans

- Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Trainings

- Bachelor s degree in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.

- Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus but not mandatory.
