Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Represents as CS Nomination in Core Team Meeting(s); (CTM) / Related Meetings – Part of GMT transition

2. Provides required inputs & update CTM(s) on the CS activities & deliverables, based on CVDS 4.5

3. Steers risk assessment; Receives & communicates the decisions taken in CTM to CS line functions.

4. Aligns with Regions for inputs to OMS; on the deliverables planned to ensure market launch and CS readiness on time

5. Overall review of CS readiness w.r.t. to market & models planned, including training content readiness.

6. Joint review between DICV & OMS regions biweekly for as Regional Voice to Main Module Teams

7. Supports steering of 17 – Core fields for synchronizing inputs for OMS weekly meeting.

Present the overall CS Inputs for Q Gates, along with region specific requirements

9. Spec book finalization. Evaluate the risk & take part in supportive decisions to overcome.

10. Project planning, Resource planning, capable of Business case development.

11. Resource allocation internal and external teams to meet the overall timeline.

12. Budgeting and steering with internal and external stakeholders.

13. CDT – Customer Drive Trials. Concept in CS (HQ and Field) and monitoring.

14. Provide inputs to DICV training team market training requirements
