We are a premium interior design and turnkey execution company specializing in hospitality and commercial projects, delivering high-quality hotels, resorts, villas, corporate offices, and retail spaces. We are expanding our execution team and looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead on-site operations.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of hospitality and commercial interior projects
- Manage site teams, vendors, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure project delivery within timeline, budget, and quality standards
- Prepare project schedules, BOQs, progress reports, and billing certifications
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients
- Monitor material procurement and inventory planning
- Ensure compliance with safety norms and quality benchmarks
- Handle client meetings and provide regular project updates

? Required Skills & Qualifications




- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture
- 5–15 years of experience in hospitality or commercial interior execution
- Robust knowledge of modular furniture, civil works, MEP coordination, and finishing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Excel
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills
- Ability to handle multiple sites independently
