Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute residential & commercial construction projects from start to completion.

- Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and site execution.

- Handle client communication and coordination, ensuring timely updates and resolution of concerns.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth execution.

- Review drawings, specifications, materials, and site requirements to ensure proper execution.

- Identify and resolve technical, site, and execution-related issues to avoid project delays.

- Monitor project milestones, manpower, materials, and overall progress while ensuring timely project completion.

- Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Residential Construction is mandatory.

- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

- Strong client coordination and project management skills.

- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and site execution.

- Solid leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
