As a Project Manager in E-learning at Imarticus Learning, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our Digital Learning initiatives. Your expertise in Project Management, Effective Communication, Content Management, Stakeholder Management, Collaboration, Written Communication, Operations, Team Management, Leadership, MS Office, Microsoft 365, MS Word, MS Excel, Google Docs, MS PowerPoint, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) will be key in driving our e-learning projects to success.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage e-learning projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Coordinate with content creators, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to ensure high-quality content is developed and delivered.
- Manage stakeholders and communicate project updates, risks, and issues effectively to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Foster a collaborative team setting, providing guidance and support to team members to drive project success.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to track progress and ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and effectiveness of e-learning materials.




- Continuously improve project management processes and practices to enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement in e-learning delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors for effective rates, manage their deliveries, invoicing, and payments.
