Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Civil ) to manage and coordinate civil infrastructure projects from the head office in Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution monitoring, resource allocation, budget control, quality assurance, and coordination with site teams to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor civil construction projects.
- Supervise project progress and ensure timely execution as per approved schedules.
- Coordinate with site Construction Managers, Engineers, clients.
- Monitor project budgets, cost control, resource allocation, and material planning.
- Ensure compliance with standards, technical specifications, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports from various sites.
- Identify project risks, resolve operational challenges, and implement corrective measures.
- Monitor contractor performance, project documentation, billing, and measurement records.




- Ensure effective coordination between the head office and project sites.
- Prepare management reports, visit sites(minimum 15days) and provide regular updates to senior management.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- 18–20 years of relevant experience in civil construction, EPC
- Proven experience in managing and monitoring large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple project sites from the head office.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
