Role Overview

We're hiring a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery— from client brief through creative development, team workload management, budget management, on-ground execution, and post-event closure. This role is the single point of accountability for making sure each engagement lands on time, on budget, and on brief.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Ownership:

⁠ ⁠Own the project plan for each assigned event — timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation. Serve as the single point of accountability from client brief through post-event wrap-up.

Team & Workload Management:

⁠ ⁠Manage the team's workload across concurrent projects, balancing capacity and priorities. ⁠Assign tasks and ownership within the project team based on skillsets and bandwidth. Monitor progress and redistribute work as priorities shift.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

⁠ ⁠Coordinate across Concept & Creative, Artist & Logistics, Accounts, and Admin teams to keep execution aligned. Run regular internal status reviews and unblock issues before they become delays.

Budget Management

⁠ ⁠Build and manage event budgets, tracking costs against approved estimates. Flag budget risks early and work with relevant teams to keep spend on track.

Client Management

⁠ ⁠Act as the primary day-to-day client contact for assigned projects, managing expectations and approvals.



Present project plans, timelines, and updates to clients with confidence. Handle scope changes and escalations professionally.

On-Ground Execution:

⁠ ⁠Lead on-site event execution, directing the team in real time. Anticipate and resolve on-ground issues quickly, keeping the event on track.

Post-Event Wrap-Up

⁠ ⁠Lead post-event reviews, reconciling budgets and capturing learnings. Ensure timely closure of documentation and client feedback loops.

What We're Looking For

⁠ ⁠6–10+ years of experience in project or event management, ideally in MICE, corporate events, or experiential marketing.

⁠ ⁠Proven track record managing large-scale events end-to-end.

⁠ ⁠Robust budgeting and financial tracking skills.

⁠ ⁠Experience managing team capacity and assigning work across multiple concurrent projects.

⁠ ⁠Excellent stakeholder management — both client-facing and cross-functional.

⁠ ⁠Calm, decisive leadership under pressure, especially during live execution.

⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel and work on-ground, including odd hours and weekends around events.

Nice to Have

⁠ ⁠Experience managing events for large corporate clients or MNCs

⁠ ⁠PMP or equivalent project management certification

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
