Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Project Manager to coordinate and manage the execution of residential interior design projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, site coordination, progress monitoring, quality checks, and timely completion while ensuring adherence to approved designs, budgets, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate day-to-day execution activities for residential interior projects.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, material availability, and site progress.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, procurement, and site teams.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor workmanship, quality, and progress.
- Ensure execution is aligned with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Identify site-level challenges, resolve execution issues, and escalate risks when required.
- Track project costs, resource requirements, and material consumption.
- Maintain project reports, progress trackers, and relevant site documentation.




- Support client coordination and ensure timely handover of completed projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or execution, preferably in residential interiors.
- Basic knowledge of civil works, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and interior finishing.
- Solid planning, coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
