- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as business administration, management, computer science, or engineering
- Certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster are good to have .
- Positive exposure in the Banking and Finance domain is a must
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology consulting projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget constraints .
- Work closely with clients to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation , risk management, and communication strategies .
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, designers, and testers, to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.




- Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and senior management on project milestones, key decisions, and issues resolution .
- Manage client expectations and relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and escalations.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external vendors or partners, as required.
- Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices for future projects.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management, and share knowledge and insights with the team.
