Aravinda Infra Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage underground electrical infrastructure projects, including underground cable laying, HDD, trenchless technology, and associated electrical works.

The ideal candidate should have strong project execution capabilities, experience in managing site teams, and the ability to coordinate effectively with DISCOM officials, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of underground electrical infrastructure projects.
- Plan, execute, and monitor underground cable laying, HDD, trenchless cable installation, and associated electrical works.
- Manage project schedules, manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with DISCOM officials, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor daily progress against project targets and ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project guidelines.
- Manage site-level challenges, Right of Way (RoW) permissions, and coordination with local authorities.
- Track project costs, BOQ quantities, billing, measurements, and Joint Verification Reports (JVRs).




- Prepare execution plans, daily/weekly progress reports, and project review presentations.
- Lead site teams and ensure effective resource utilization and achievement of project milestones.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in underground electrical infrastructure projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in underground cable laying and electrical project execution.
- Experience in HDD and trenchless technology will be an added advantage.
- Experience in RDSS projects involving underground cabling will be highly preferred.
- Good understanding of 11 kV underground cabling, cable jointing, RMUs, distribution transformers, and associated electrical infrastructure.
- Proven ability to manage site teams, contractors, project schedules, and execution targets.
- Solid coordination, leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile A hands-on Project Manager capable of independently managing underground project execution, leading multiple site teams, coordinating with DISCOM authorities, and delivering project milestones within defined timelines.
