and work breakdown structure Drive day to day execution to ensure delivery within approved Act as the single point of accountability for assigned projects, representing deliverables and status in meetings and presentations Manage demand, capacity, and resource allocations on a weekly basis Ensure timely and accurate submission of timesheets and required financial artifacts proactively address variances Proactively identify delivery risks and issues early; escalate appropriately with clear mitigation and contingency plans Analyze risk drivers, establish avoidance strategies, define trigger events, and assign ownership for corrective actions Ensure change controls are submitted accurately and on time, with required stakeholder approvals Build strong, trust based relationships across business, technology, PMO, and client stakeholders Lead and facilitate project meetings; provide clear, concise written and verbal status updates Create and execute communication plans to ensure alignment and transparency across global stakeholders Partner closely with Solution teams, Program Managers, and the PMO to ensure projects are launched on time and staffed appropriately Build knowledge of the EHS platform, client organizations, and business processes to become a trusted delivery partner Share lessons learned and best practices across teams to improve future delivery outcomes
