Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 7-8 years of IT project management experience and strong exposure to AI/Generative AI. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of AI-driven technology initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, data scientists, and AI/ML teams.

The ideal candidate should combine strong project delivery, stakeholder management, Agile practices, and AI/GenAI understanding to drive projects from ideation/PoC through production.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of AI/GenAI projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, quality, and budgets.
- Translate business requirements into clear project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and execution plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, developers, data scientists, architects, and business teams.
- Drive AI/GenAI PoCs, pilots, and production implementations, ensuring timely resolution of dependencies and blockers.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, resource requirements, and overall project health.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Manage project governance, stakeholder communication, status reporting, and leadership reviews.
- Work with technical teams to understand and track AI lifecycle activities such as data readiness, model development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Support prioritization of AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, effort,



and expected outcomes.
- Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure effective transition of solutions from development/PoC to production and business adoption.

Required Skills & Experience

- 78 years of experience in IT Project Management / Technology Delivery.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end technology projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong exposure to AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, LLMs, or AI-powered applications.
- Good understanding of GenAI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and AI-based automation.
- Experience managing AI/GenAI PoCs or implementations will be preferred.
- Robust knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Good to Have

- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum / SAFe certification.
- Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP AI services.
- Experience with enterprise AI transformation or automation initiatives.
- Understanding ofMLOps, AI governance, data engineering, or model lifecycle management.
