We are hiring a Project Manager to own AI delivery engagements end to end: the client on one side, the delivery team on the other, and the numbers in between.

What You Will Own

- One or two accounts end to end. You are the person the client writes to, and the person the delivery team reports to.
- Project setup: read the spec and rubric, turn it into working instructions, resolve ambiguity before work starts, and define what good output looks like.
- Throughput and quality: daily allocation, weekly targets, quality sampling, and the escalation when either slips.
- Client engagement: the recurring call, the weekly status note, escalations, and the open-items list that actually closes.
- Performance dashboards and payout tracking. You build the sheet, you defend the numbers.
- Contributor lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, compliance checks and policy enforcement.
- Coaching one or two junior associates as the team grows.

What We Are Looking For

- 1 to 4 years in project management,



program management, delivery, client servicing, consulting or operations.
- A track record of owning a client relationship, not just a task list.
- Strong written English. Client communication in this role is almost entirely written.
- Fluency in spreadsheets, and the instinct to build a tracker rather than ask for a status update. SQL, Python or a BI tool is a plus.
- Calm under escalation, and comfortable saying no with a reason.

Working hours and location:

- Gurugram, in-office.
- A number of our projects run on US time zones. If you are open to a split shift, roughly half the day in Indian business hours and a block reserved in the evening or night for calls and coordination, say so in your application. It is a solid plus and carries a shift allowance. It is not a filter, and candidates who prefer a standard day shift are fully considered.
