Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end real estate project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, cost control, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of real estate projects, including planning, design coordination, construction, and handover.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, and overall progress.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, statutory approvals, and safety standards.
- Identify project risks and resolve execution-related issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth project operations.
- Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Manage resources,



contractor performance, and project-related documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; M.Tech or MBA in Project Management will be an added advantage.
- 1215 years of relevant experience in real estate or construction project management.
- Proven experience in handling large-scale residential, commercial, or integrated township projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction planning, budgeting, project scheduling, quality control, and statutory compliances.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
