Required Skills
Solid understanding of BFSI operations and IT systems
Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project)
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies

Qualifications
PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
45 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 2–3 years in BFSI projects
Preferred Experience
Exposure to core banking systems, ERP integrations (e.g., Oracle Fusion), and digital transformation initiatives.
Experience in managing compliance-related projects (e.g., RBI directives)
Familiarity with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow and cloud-based infrastructure projects
