- Set and execute operations in the assigned zones and other allotted clusters

- Initiate current tie-ups with Government, Government-Aided, and Trust-run schools in the allotted clusters

- Identify and engage corporates and individual donors to support the initiative

- Plan and facilitate Train the Mentor sessions periodically to build a strong mentor base in the allotted zone

- Provide daily and regular updates to the Head Office (HO) team regarding project progress and challenges

- Assist the HO team in content development and other project-related coordination
