- Manage the data updation in the CRM tool with high accuracy . Good Oral communication,Relationship Building,Planning and execution skills,Good coordination Skills,Extrovert,Good in MS Office and Passionate about women empowerment .
- Regional language Knowledge(Blr-Kanada & TN- Tamil) is a must
- Set and execute operations in the zones & other allotted clusters
- Need to initiate new tie ups with Government /Government Aided Schools /Trust run schools in the allotted clusters
- Identify and engage corporates and individual donor base
- Plan and facilitate Train the mentor sessions on a periodical basis to prepare the strong batch of mentor s in the allotted Zone
- Daily & regular update to the HO Team on the project progress and challenges
- Assist the HO team in content development or other project related coordination
- Manage the school relationships, specifically with teachers and HMs
