KeyResponsibilities: **ProjectManagement Responsibilities:

- Oversee facility design and operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and efficient farm management.
- Recruit, train, and lead a skilled team while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
- Integrate modern Organic & Modern farming technologies and sustainable practices to drive efficiency.

VeterinaryResponsibilities:

- Monitor the health andwell-being of livestock.
- Prevent disease throughvaccination programs and regular health assessments.
- Examine animals, diagnoseillnesses,



and determine effective treatments.
- Treat illnesses, dress woundsof injured animals, and prescribe medication as needed.
- Perform dental, ophthalmic, andorthopaedic surgeries when required.

Qualifications:

- M.Sc. in Animal Husbandry (Mandatory).
- Proven track record in managing large-scale livestock operations and agricultural projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills with a focus on modern Organic & Natural farming methods.
