Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage end-to-end projects for MakeMeArtist.

- Coordinate online workshops, offline courses and training batches.
- Manage academy partnerships, trainers, artists and external stakeholders.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables and team coordination.
- Work with marketing and admissions teams to drive student enrolments.
- Track project performance, prepare reports and ensure timely execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and expand business.

Requirements • Robust project management and coordination skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience in education, beauty, training, marketing or operations is preferred.
