We are a leading manufacturer of crushing, screening, washing, and material handling equipment, providing engineered solutions for mining, quarrying, infrastructure, and aggregate processing industries.

We are looking for qualified engineering professionals based in Madhya Pradesh / Karnataka / Tamil Nadu to manage plant installation projects, from civil foundation work and site preparation to machinery erection, installation, testing, and commissioning.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution

- Manage end-to-end plant installation and commissioning projects.
- Prepare project schedules, coordinate resources, and monitor execution timelines.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal engineering teams.
- Ensure timely project completion as per approved technical specifications.

2. Civil Work & Site Preparation

- Supervise civil foundation work and site preparation activities.
- Verify foundation layouts, dimensions, levels, and anchor bolt positions.
- Coordinate with civil contractors to ensure site readiness before machinery installation.

3. Machinery Erection & Installation

- Supervise mechanical erection and installation of crushing, screening, washing, and conveying equipment.
- Coordinate structural, mechanical, and electrical installation activities.
- Ensure proper equipment positioning, alignment, leveling, and assembly.
- Manage site manpower, contractors, and installation resources.

4. Testing & Commissioning

- Coordinate pre-commissioning inspections, equipment testing, and plant trial runs.




- Resolve technical and installation-related issues with the support of engineering and service teams.
- Ensure successful plant commissioning and handover to customers.

5. Project Monitoring & Reporting

- Monitor project progress, installation quality, and execution timelines.
- Prepare regular site progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Identify potential delays and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with site safety and quality standards.

Educational Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related Engineering disciplines.

Experience & Skills Required

- 3–6 years of experience in industrial project execution, machinery installation, erection, or plant commissioning.
- Experience in crushing and screening plants, mining equipment, material handling systems, cement plants, or heavy engineering industries preferred.
- Knowledge of civil foundations, mechanical erection, and electrical installation coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plant layouts.
- Experience coordinating contractors, manpower, and site activities.
- Strong technical problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Candidate Requirements

- Willing to travel extensively to customer project sites.
- Capable of independently coordinating site execution activities.
- Strong ownership of project timelines, installation quality, and customer coordination.
- Comfortable working in field-based industrial environments.
- Previous experience of any competitor brand will be considered a plus point.
