We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join our Project Management team.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive engineering execution plans.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and the Seoul office to ensure timely deliverables.
- Monitor project schedule, quality, budget, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions.
- Coordinate Model Review Meetings, Tag Closure, Clash Resolution, DRC, P&ID; Notes, TDL, Synch Workspace, and 2D coordination activities.
- Conduct weekly project meetings and prepare MOM and action trackers.
- Coordinate with Engineering Managers and India/Seoul engineering teams.
- Maintain project documentation, change registers,



action lists, and project updates.
- Ensure implementation of Lessons Learned and Quality Assurance requirements.

? Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

✅ 5–10 years of experience in Project Engineering / Construction Planning

✅ Strong experience in Refinery / Petrochemical EPC projects

✅ Positive understanding of the EPC project lifecycle

✅ Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ Proficiency in Primavera P6 / Project Planning & Scheduling

✅ Intermediate knowledge of Power BI for data analysis and dashboards

⭐ Added Advantage: PMP / CCP (AACE International) certification.
