1. Inform project manager of major hindrances in project progress, and suggest ways to address challenges, to ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality objectives.
2. Engineering coordination and ensure timely submission and approval of project documents including Quality documents.
3. Coordination with internal and external stakeholders for smooth execution of project.
4. Recording customer feedback, complaints and co-ordination for implementation of corrective actions.
5. Initiating & coordinating customer satisfaction survey.
6. Coordinating for invoicing and dispatches
7. Coordinating site activities
8. SAP - SD /PS module knowledge
9. BBU creation
10. Monthly progress report creation
11. Follow up with SCM for item status. Collection of input from Marketing for Sales order creation.
12. Manage transportation vendors for dispatch in line with requirement
13. Regular discussion on project requirements, updates, and feedback. Also, payment follow up with client.
