Job highlights

- BE/B.TECH 2026 pass with technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

- Provide technical support via emails and tickets, follow SOPs, escalate issues, implement control programming changes, and resolve platform deviations

Note : Only BE/B.TECH 2026 Pass

- Support & provide service , emails and tickets troubleshoot.

- Work on provided offline activities

- Follow given SOPs and flag any unresolved issues, escalations to L2

- Ability to diagnose and analyze technical problems

- Flexibility towards shifts and week offs as per requirement

- Implementation of Controls programming changes

- Troubleshooting and resolving platform-based deviations

- Flair for root cause analysis and tracking issues to closure

- Understand changes in the control’s setup and initiate/recommend changes to the stakeholders
