1. Project cum Facility Manager

- Manage overall facility operations and maintenance (O&M;) activities to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.

- Act as the single point of contact for coordination with Client and other stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with project requirements, contractual obligations, and established service standards.

- Supervise all facility management teams and monitor day-to-day operational performance.

- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.

- Manage manpower deployment, resource allocation, and operational schedules.

- Monitor housekeeping, horticulture, HVAC, IT systems, and other facility services.

- Prepare and review operational reports, maintenance records, and performance reports.

- Ensure safety, hygiene, and security standards are maintained across the facility.

- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve service quality.

1. Assistant Facility Manager





- Assist the Project cum Facility Manager in managing daily facility operations and maintenance activities.

- Handle zone-wise responsibilities and ensure effective coordination among site teams.

- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, horticulture, and other assigned facility services.

- Monitor manpower attendance, deployment, performance, and discipline.

- Ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

- Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, vendors, and other departments to resolve operational issues.

- Maintain daily checklists, inspection reports, and maintenance records.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, SOPs, and client requirements.

- Monitor service quality and take corrective action wherever required.

- Submit regular operational updates and reports to the Project cum Facility Manager.
