Innex Builders is looking for a skilled and responsible Project Engineer to manage and supervise civil construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site management skills, and the ability to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor daily construction activities at project sites.

- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workers.

- Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and clients.

- Manage construction materials, labour, equipment, and site resources efficiently.

- Check measurements, quantity estimates, BOQs, and contractor bills.

- Ensure quality control and resolve technical issues at the construction site.

- Monitor project schedules, costs, and work progress to meet deadlines.

- Maintain site records, documentation, and inspection reports.

- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety procedures.





- Coordinate with the procurement and accounts teams for material requirements and project expenses.

Requirements and Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- 1–5 years of experience in civil construction, preferably residential and apartment projects.

- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, estimation, and quantity surveying.

- Positive leadership, communication, and team management skills.

- Ability to handle multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel;

experience with project management software is an advantage.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
