Role Description The Project Coordinator (Turnkey Interior Fit-out) will manage and support day-to-day project activities for interior fit-out and related turnkey works. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and involves coordinating with clients, internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects run smoothly from planning to handover.

Responsibilities include tracking project timelines, budgets, and quality standards; preparing and updating project documentation; scheduling site visits and meetings; and ensuring materials, resources,



and approvals are in place as per project plans. The role will also support site supervisors and project managers by following up on tasks, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate reports and progress updates.

The Project

Coordinator will help maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, prompt responses, and reliable execution support.

Qualifications

- Experience coordinating civil construction or interior fit-out projects, including basic understanding of MEP services and site execution workflows.
- Knowledge about softwares like autocad and SketchUp.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage schedules, documentation, follow-ups, and multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management or collaboration tools.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to prepare reports, minutes of meetings, and professional correspondence.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle agile, fast-paced project environments.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in turnkey interior fit-out, construction, or branding projects in the Mumbai region is an advantage.
