Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support project execution by coordinating with internal project teams, vendors, and external clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, follow-up, and documentation skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and internal teams for project execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and project teams.
- Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Arrange and coordinate project meetings, reviews, and status updates.
- Follow up with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders on pending actions.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of project-related issues.
- Support project planning, resource coordination, and administrative activities.




- Prepare project status reports and MIS updates.

Skills Required
- Strong communication and client coordination skills.
- Excellent follow-up and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Qualification
- Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BE, MBA preferred).
- Project coordination experience in AV, IT, ELV, Infrastructure, Construction, or related industries is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate
- 5 to 10 years of experience in project coordination.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
