We are looking for an organized and responsible Project Coordinator to coordinate and monitor day-to-day construction project activities. The candidate will work closely with project managers, site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily project activities and monitor overall project progress.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, work plans, progress reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor material requirements, procurement, deliveries, and site resources.
- Follow up on project timelines, milestones, and pending activities.
- Ensure proper communication between the office, project team, and site personnel.
- Assist in preparing quotations, work orders, bills, and project-related documents.
- Monitor project costs and assist in budget tracking.
- Arrange project meetings and maintain records of decisions and action items.




- Identify project delays or issues and coordinate with the concerned teams to resolve them.
- Ensure construction activities follow approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Prepare regular progress updates for management and clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience in construction project coordination is preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction activities, project scheduling, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and project management software.
- Robust communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
