Job Title: Project Coordinator

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech

Experience: 4 to 6 years

Location: Nashik

Principal Role The Coordinator Projects will support the execution of government and enterprise projects related to CCTV Surveillance, Security Systems, Smart City initiatives, and IT Infrastructure. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, vendors, clients, and site execution teams to ensure smooth project operations, timely delivery, proper documentation, and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with project teams, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, Minutes of Meetings (MoM), progress reports, and compliance records.
- Track project resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, as per project requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays or bottlenecks, and escalate critical issues to the Project Manager.
- Support site teams during installation, commissioning, testing, and project handover activities.
- Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely material delivery and completion of assigned activities.
- Ensure project activities comply with company SOPs, safety standards,



quality requirements, and client specifications.
- Maintain project trackers, schedules, and regular status reports for management review.
- Provide logistical and operational support to project execution teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth project execution.

- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
