Omkar Developers is a Pune-based developer of residential real estate projects. We are looking for an Architect or Civil Engineer (B.Arch or B.E. Civil) for project coordination of our residential projects in Pune.

Responsibilities

- Design coordination with architects, structural, MEP and other consultants

- Coordinate approvals with PMC and consultants

- Review drawings and ensure coordination between design and execution

- Act as the liaison between the design team and site teams, resolving design-site issues quickly

- Track project progress and report to management

Requirements

- B.Arch or B.E. Civil

- 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate projects, preferably in Pune

- Experience with residential projects

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel

- Positive communication and coordination skills; presentable and organised

Salary: Rs. 40,000 - 50,000 per month, based on experience.
