About the Role

Join Panchshil Realty’s dynamic Project Design team, where innovation meets precision. As a Design & Coordination Engineer, you will play a key role in managing design deliverables, coordinating between consultants and execution teams, and ensuring that all drawings and design details align with project timelines,



quality, and intent.

What You Will Do

Design Coordination & Review

- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP consultants to ensure design deliverables meet project requirements.
- Review drawings for consistency, feasibility, and coordination between services.
- Support in preparing design review reports, RFI logs, and issue tracking sheets.

Project Interface

- Collaborate with site execution teams to resolve design-related queries and implement approved revisions.
- Assist in design change management, ensuring that all updates are documented and communicated.
- Support the tender and procurement process with technical inputs and BOQ reviews.

Documentation & Quality

- Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and consultant correspondences.
- Ensure all design documentation complies with internal standards and regulatory norms.
- Support in presentations and design submissions to clients and authorities when required.

What You Bring

- PG / Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering.
- 4–8 years of experience in design coordination for real estate, commercial, or high-rise projects.
- Good understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP interfaces.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and basic knowledge of BIM workflows preferred.
- Robust attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
