Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with a mandatory background in the solar industry to coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate solar projects from planning to execution and completion.
- Monitor project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and site teams.
- Track project progress and prepare MIS reports and status updates.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor material requirements, dispatches, and site activities.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings,



and reports.
- Identify project delays and support timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Tech is mandatory.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination.
- Solar industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of solar project execution, documentation, and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate A proactive qualified with strong coordination skills and practical experience in solar project management or execution.
