Job highlights

- Should be adaptable in working for late night Shifts as well as calender holidays . Preferably residing in and around Kolkata only

- Should have knowledge on Customer support &
- DMS (Dealer Management Systems &
- SFA (Sales force Automation ) or Any SAP Application implementation .

- Experience in SLA / Call Monitoring

Should have knowledge on Customer support &
- DMS (Dealer Management Systems &
- SFA (Sales force Automation ) or Any SAP Application implementation .

- Expert in Vendor Management .

- Experience in SLA / Call Monitoring.

- Coordination with internal , external teams and clients

- Good verbal and written communications skills, client interaction experience will be preferred.

- Should be flexible in working for late night Shifts as well as calender holidays

- Preferably residing in and around Kolkata only.
