Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate day-to-day activities under the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDUGKY) project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate project implementation as per DDU-GKY guidelines and targets.
- Monitor candidate mobilization, counselling, enrolment, training, and placement activities.
- Coordinate with trainers, mobilization teams, employers, and government officials.
- Maintain project documentation, MIS reports, attendance, and compliance records.
- Track training progress, assessments, placements, and post-placement follow-ups.
- Ensure timely reporting and adherence to project quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

- Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience in skill development projects preferred.
- Minimum Experience of 2 Years in project coordination, team management, MIS, or government-funded skill development programs is an advantage.
- Good communication, organizational, and reporting skills.




- Proficiency in MS Office and data management.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work towards project targets.

Languages:

- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of local languages in Assamese is an added advantage.

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience).
