– Project Coordinator

Location: Lower Parel / Curry Road, Mumbai

Project Location: Vapi, Gujarat (Frequent travel to Vapi)

Experience: 5–10 Years

Budget: Up to ₹10 - 12 LPA

Reporting To: Management / Project Head

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to manage liaisoning, statutory licensing, construction coordination, and project execution activities for our Vapi project. The role involves coordinating with government authorities, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely approvals and smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Liaisoning & Licensing: Coordinate with government authorities for statutory approvals, licenses, NOCs, and permits.
- Construction Coordination: Monitor construction progress and coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and vendors.
- Project Tracking: Track project timelines, milestones, pending approvals, and execution progress.
- Stakeholder Management:



Coordinate between the Worli Head Office and project teams at Vapi.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain project records, licenses, approvals, and statutory documentation.
- Site Visits: Travel to Vapi as required to monitor progress and resolve project-related issues.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–10 years of experience in project coordination, construction, liaisoning, or licensing.
- Solid knowledge of statutory approvals and government liaisoning processes.
- Excellent coordination, negotiation, follow-up, and documentation skills.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects preferred.
- Willingness to travel to Vapi as required.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
