About the Role:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator Intern to support client communication, team coordination, project tracking, and timely delivery. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with clients for requirements, feedback, updates, and approvals.

Communicate requirements clearly with internal teams.

Assign and follow up on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.

Track project progress and maintain task/status updates.

Follow up for pending content, access, feedback, and approvals.

Coordinate with developers, designers, SEO teams, and other departments.

Assist with testing, quality checks, documentation, and project reporting.

Identify delays or blockers and report them to the Project Manager.

Requirements:





Good written and verbal communication.

Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Basic understanding of websites and digital projects.

Comfortable using Google Sheets/Docs and similar tools.

- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

0–6 months of experience or internship in project coordination, client support, e-commerce, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of project management and website testing.

*Proactive, organized, quick learner, client-friendly, responsible, and a good team player.
