Role Description The Project Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Ranchi. This role oversees day-to-day coordination of architectural, planning, and design projects, ensuring tasks, timelines, and resources are aligned with project objectives.

Responsibilities include supporting project planning, tracking milestones, preparing and updating project reports, and facilitating communication among architects, engineers, consultants, and clients.

The Project

Coordinator will organize meetings, maintain documentation, manage basic project budgets and schedules, and help ensure quality standards and compliance with internal processes. The role also involves proactively identifying risks, following up on action items, and assisting leadership in maintaining smooth project delivery from concept through execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid project coordination and organizational skills, including task tracking, scheduling, and documentation management.
- Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills,



with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project tracking tools) and basic data handling.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant academic background in architecture, engineering, urban planning, project management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in coordinating design, construction, infrastructure, or sustainability-focused projects is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Ranchi, adhere to project timelines, and maintain professional conduct in client and vendor interactions.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles and an interest in community-focused, future-ready environments is beneficial.
