Salary: Up to 80,000 per month

Qualification: B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture (Polytechnic) preferred

Experience: 5-10 years in real estate / construction projects

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate architectural activities for high-rise residential projects.
- Review architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction details.
- Coordinate with consultants, structural, MEP, and site execution teams.
- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor site progress and resolve architectural/technical issues.
- Review and approve material samples and mock-ups as required.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants for smooth project execution.




- Ensure compliance with project standards, quality requirements, and applicable building norms.
- Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in real estate / high-rise residential projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, detailing, and site execution.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/SketchUp will be an advantage.
- Candidates with a diploma/polytechnic in architecture will be preferred.
- Solid site management and problem-solving abilities.
