About the role

Are you a recent graduate who enjoys training, interacting with people, travelling and taking ownership?

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Program Trainers & Coordinators to support an educational training program across schools.

As a Program Trainer & Coordinator, you will take end-to-end ownership of your assigned schools — from delivering sessions to keeping every stakeholder aligned and the program running smoothly.

This is a role, with openings across multiple locations. What you’ll do Training delivery

- Conduct engaging training sessions for students and teachers
- Demonstrate basic technical concepts and tools School coordination
- Coordinate with teachers, school coordinators and management Schedule and manage training dates and school visits
- Build strong relationships with school stakeholders
- Maintain regular follow-ups with the teacher-in-charge Program management & reporting




- Manage program documentation, attendance, feedback and reporting
- Ensure the smooth implementation and ongoing running of the program across assigned schools

What we’re looking for
- Graduate in any discipline; freshers, recent graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience
- Solid communication and presentation skills, and confidence speaking in front of groups Basic computer and technical knowledge
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Comfortable communicating in English and the regional language
- Willing to travel regularly for school visits

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
