We are looking for a Program Manager/Founders Office to join our team and contribute to the design and development of innovative medical devices from concept to production.

We are looking for a Program Manager / Founder’s Office professional to drive medical device development, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional programs from concept to production.

? Key Responsibilities

· Support the Project Lead in managing projects and strategic initiatives.

· Establish project management processes, SOPs, plans, schedules, and reporting.

· Coordinate cross-functional teams, resources, vendors, and external partners.

· Track project progress, risks, timelines, and deliverables.

· Ensure alignment across technical, regulatory, quality, and business requirements.

· Support regulatory documentation, document control, and submission activities.

· Drive organizational improvements and strategic initiatives with minimal supervision.

· Support the transition from academic innovation to commercial startup operations.

? What We’re Looking For

· Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.





· 6+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in medical devices or healthcare technology.

· Experience managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion.

· Understanding of medical device development and regulatory pathways.

· Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA QSR, MDR, and quality management systems.

· Strong project management, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

· Solid problem-solving ability with a proactive and ownership-driven approach.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.

· Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently.

· Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities beyond traditional project management.
