- 10–15 years of experience in software delivery; strong background in BFSI / Payments preferred.
- Hands-on Scrum Master experience; CSM/PSM certification desirable.
- Experience managing multi-stream product upgrade programs.
- Solid knowledge of FSS product ecosystem (CMS/PCMS, POS, TMS, ACS 3DS, Reconciliation).
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, databases, integration flows, and deployments.
- Excellent written and oral communication; strong customer presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting Indian & MEA banking customers.
- Cloud migration or modernisation experience (AWS preferred).
- Knowledge of PCI DSS, EMVCo 3DS certification, and RBI compliance frameworks.
- Exposure to Agile scaling models (Scrum of Scrums, SAFe-lite within FSS).
